Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis across Global Supply Chain and Planning initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, architects, and delivery teams to deliver end-to-end improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, AAC are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements sessions with global stakeholders.
• Analyse processes to identify optimization, automation, and standardisation opportunities.
• Produce BRDs, user stories, process maps, use cases, and traceability artifacts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
