Job summary

VIDAA USA, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a senior ML engineer to lead end-to-end search and recommendation system development for global streaming content on smart devices. You will design multilingual search, user profiling, ranking, and real-time data loops across platforms.

You will collaborate with product and data teams to run A/B tests and improve CTR, engagement, and retention, while advancing large-scale models and cross-lingual retrieval capabilities.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
• Experience with two-tower recall, DeepFM, Wide & Deep, DIN, and multi-objective ranking.
• Proficiency in Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Faiss, Milvus and vector-based retrieval.
• Experience with streaming and big data frameworks (Flink, Spark).
• Experience in user behavior sequence modeling and cross-lingual retrieval is a plus.

• End-to-End Personalized Recommendation Algorithm Development.
