Job summary

Phillip Capital Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Dealer/Assistant Manager for its Global Markets Desk. You will execute equity trades across US, Europe and Asia, and contribute to growth through client engagement and market insights.

The role requires a degree in any discipline, CMFAS modules 1A/5/6/6A, CFA studies preferred, and strong leadership and communication to drive projects, automation, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline.
CMFAS modules 1A/5/6/6A preferred.
Experience in stocks analysis.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute equity trades across US, European, and Asian sessions.
Support client acquisition and retention, help grow trading volumes.
Monitor market movements and identify trading opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail and institutional clients.
Own projects, process improvements, and platform enhancements for dealing function.
