Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is seeking a Process/Equipment Senior Engineer to lead efforts in developing best-known methods in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). You will work closely with high-volume manufacturing sites, technology development, and suppliers to drive continuous improvements and align with Micron’s strategies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of relevant experience in CMP process or equipment roles. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a CMP Process/Equipment Senior Engineer.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work during non-standard hours.
