Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food Asia is seeking a senior procurement leader to develop and execute category strategies across our regional operations. You will drive savings, manage supplier relationships, and ensure supply continuity while partnering with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

The role requires at least 8 years of procurement experience, including regional leadership and Raw Materials sourcing in a multinational setting. Fluency in English and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years procurement experience in a multinational environment.
• 2+ years in Raw Materials procurement.
• Regional procurement leadership experience and category management.
• Experience in demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory control.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, quality, value and supply performance.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management and supplier reviews.
• Ensure supply continuity through forecasting, collaboration, and inventory management.
• Drive governance, Procure-to-Pay processes and data-driven decision making.
