Job summary

PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to design, build, and govern enterprise Gemini agents. You will own multi-agent architectures, integrate Gemini models with Vertex AI, and optimize grounding strategies for production use.

Role requires 7+ years in AI/GenAI platforms, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise, GCP, and Terraform/Kubernetes. Collaborative governance and cost-aware implementation are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related.
• 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, applied AI, or GenAI platform roles with hands-on agent/LLM development.
• Experience building/configuring agents on Gemini Enterprise (Agentspace) — design, grounding, data connectors.
• Hands-on with Gemini models via API or Vertex AI — prompting, tool calls, context/RAG design.
• Experience implementing AI governance controls — access mgmt, guardrails, audits.
• Understanding of LLM patterns — RAG, embeddings, vector search, multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own multi-agent solutions on Gemini Enterprise, including architecture and multi-turn flows.
• Configure grounding, enterprise search, and data connectors for accurate info retrieval.
• Integrate Gemini models into agents and downstream apps; tune prompts and tool calling for reliability.
• Design and productionize RAG pipelines and retrieval strategies for grounding sources.
• Continuously evaluate agent quality with structured evaluation frameworks.
• Define and implement governance for Gemini Enterprise agents: access control, policies, workflows.
• Guard against hallucination, data leakage, prompt injection, and unauthorized data access.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and audit trails for agent behavior and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with security/legal/compliance to meet data privacy and responsible-AI needs.
• Create documentation and lifecycle standards for enterprise agents.
• Track Gemini releases and assess impact on agents/governance.
