Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to lead end-to-end development of modern web apps.

You will build robust frontend interfaces with React/TypeScript, and craft scalable backends using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS. Responsibilities include API design, database modelling (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and deploying on AWS/Azure. You’ll mentor juniors, drive architecture decisions, and optimize performance while embracing AI-assisted coding tools to stay

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience; 6-8 years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS or similar.
• Understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalability.
• Experience designing relational databases and performance tuning.
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Practical use of AI-assisted coding tools in projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of full stack applications from frontend to backend.
• Design and maintain scalable web apps using modern technologies.
• Build responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Develop secure, high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Design and optimise relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Deploy and maintain apps on AWS and/or Azure.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver quality software.
• Mentor junior developers with code reviews and best practices.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable, secure solutions.
• Contribute to performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
