Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced full stack developer to lead the end-to-end development of scalable web apps. You will work with React and TypeScript on frontend and Node.js/NestJS on backend, building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and collaborating with product and QA teams.

The role emphasizes architecture, scalable design, cloud deployment on AWS or Azure, CI/CD, Docker, and mentoring junior developers to raise coding standards and delivery reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience, with 6–8 years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Extensive backend experience using Node.js/Express.js/NestJS or similar.
• Solid understanding of architecture, system design, and scalable apps.
• Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of full stack applications from frontend to backend.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps with modern tech.
• Build responsive UI with React and TypeScript.
• Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Deploy and monitor apps on AWS and/or Azure.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with PMs, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver quality software.
• Mentor junior developers with code reviews and best practices.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable, reliable systems.
• Participate in performance tuning, debugging, and continuous improvement.
