Job summary

HL Bank Singapore is seeking a software developer to design, code, and maintain features for web applications using C#/.NET on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend. You will fix bugs, optimize performance, and contribute to database programming with MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities include translating user requirements into features, performing testing (unit/integration and functional/non-functional), and keeping up with evolving tech standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with C# / .NET backend and modern JavaScript frontend frameworks.
• Bug fixing and code refactoring are expected.
• Database programming with MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and maintain features for existing web apps using C#/.NET on backend and modern JS on frontend.
• Identify, debug, and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt across the stack.
• Write efficient T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and migrations in MS SQL Server.
• Understand user requirements and translate them into features.
• Write high-quality source code for enhancements and perform unit/integration testing.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing and respect development standards.
• Keep up with trends in standards, technologies, or methodologies.
• Enrich backlog with issue descriptions, impact, recurrence, priority, etc.
• Self-organize continuous learning on IT applications and landscape.
