Job summary

BRT SYSTEMS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a versatile Full-stack Web Application Developer to design, build and integrate modern web applications using MEAN/MERN stacks and Python.

You will work across front-end and back-end layers, leveraging Angular/React, NodeJS, MongoDB and PostgreSQL, with AWS cloud services and RESTful APIs.

Candidates should have 5–8 years SDLC experience, strong OOAD, and DevSecOps know-how; a proactive, collaborative team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
• 5-8 years of SDLC experience; embedded systems may be considered for Solution Architect role.
• Experience with Google Identity Platform, OAuth2.0/JWT or AWS Cognito.
• Expert level skills in NodeJS development, JS libraries and frameworks (Express, Angular, NextJS etc), MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
• Expert level skills in AWS CLI (Cognito, Pinpoint, SQS, SES, SNS, EBS, S3, Lambda, EKS) using JS or Python.
• Prototyping using design patterns, OOAD techniques and proof of concepts.
• Back-End API design and development based on RESTful services, Micro-service design pattern, and AWS Lambda.
• Knowledge in SSL/OAuth2.0/JWT, AWS, Azure and Google Firebase platforms and IoT platforms is advantageous and preferred.
• DevSecOps knowledge using Jenkins, GitLab and Docker CI/CD pipeline is advantageous.
• Able to work with uncertainty and changing specifications.
• Good interpersonal skills, pro-active, collaborative, and consultative team player.
