Job summary

VIRTUOS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead a diverse team building production-grade tools for game asset pipelines and workflows.

You will design backend services, implement RESTful APIs with Python, and develop frontend UIs using Vue or React, plus Electron desktop apps. Expect collaboration across UI/UX, production, and SRE, with a focus on quality, performance, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience building production applications as a full stack engineer.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python (FastAPI or Flask), RESTful API design, and SQLAlchemy/Pydantic or similar tooling.
• Proficiency in Vue or React, including routing, state management, and component libraries.
• Proven experience with public cloud (AWS/GCP) and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and caching/messaging (Redis) is valued.
• Proven testing mindset and experience with automated test suites (pytest).
• Comfortable with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker; clear cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Python.
• Model, query, and optimize data across relational and NoSQL databases; implement caching and messaging.
• Develop responsive web UIs with Vue/React and Electron-based desktop apps.
• Write tests, tune performance, review code, and maintain technical docs.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and collaborate across UI/Backend/QA teams.
