Ernst & Young Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Associate to design, develop, and implement scalable application solutions for enterprise clients in Singapore.

You will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with architects, analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver digital transformation initiatives. The role requires hands-on development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support project delivery in a consulting environment,

Competenze

• Three to five years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications in consulting, system integrator, or large corporate environments.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Research, design, and develop software or specialised utilities.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions with engineering principles.
• Update software and enhance existing capabilities; lead testing and validation.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Work with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Support client workshops, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Contribute to proposals, estimations, and technical solutioning.
