Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering across the full lifecycle
• Experience in full stack development and backend design
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD and security best practices (OWASP)
• Experience in software architecture and system design
• Proven track record leading or mentoring teams
• Familiarity with GovTech platforms (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GCC)
• Ability to communicate trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
