Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Enterprise Analytics team in Singapore. You will design, build and modernise internal applications using cloud-native and AI-enabled capabilities to support strategic decision-making.

Lead development efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement secure, scalable solutions, and contribute to automation and AI-assisted tooling while aligning with business goals and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack application development and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and C#, with React or Angular and .NET.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and modernise internal applications using cloud-native and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers and Analytics Partners.
• Plan, create, test and deploy secure, scalable web applications.
• Develop internal libraries, tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members and take leadership in agile processes.
