Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive AI-powered, agent-driven workflows across HR, Supply Chain, and IT Operations. You will design, prototype, and deploy AI agents, integrate major enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday, and build scalable full-stack web apps.

You will collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, optimize prompts and orchestration, and ensure secure, reliable cloud deployments across BYOC and AWS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience developing AI agents, agentic workflows, or generative AI applications.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and middleware technologies.
• Experience developing and deploying containerized applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Build multi-agent workflows integrating ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and ERP/HR systems.
• Configure prompts, orchestration, and agent interactions for business processes.
• Develop full stack web apps, dashboards, and user-facing solutions.
• Create reusable components to accelerate AI deployments at scale.
• Partner with Integration teams for enterprise integrations.
• Develop MCPs, API wrappers, and integration services.
• Implement secure authentication, token brokering, and secrets management.
• Deploy containerized workloads in AWS and BYOC environments.
• Collaborate with platform, infra, and security teams for reliability.
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Prototype, validate, and industrialize emerging technology solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
