Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the technical implementation of our Campaign Planning platform. You will build high-impact campaign management interfaces, design robust APIs in Node.js, and architect scalable data models in PostgreSQL hosted on AWS.

You will own frontend and backend development, drive CI/CD with Jenkins, ensure security with JWT/OAuth2, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. AI/ML tooling familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production-grade web apps with React.
• 5+ years backend API development with Node.js.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, CloudFront, S3, RDS, and IAM.
• Experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with multi-branch strategies and automated gates.
• 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent (schema design, indexing).
• Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL, containerization (Docker), and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement intuitive user interfaces for campaign planning workflows using React.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices with Node.js (and Python where applicable).
• Ensure security and authentication using JWT/OAuth2.
• Optimize database queries, data schemas, and state management for high-throughput campaigns.

• Lead peer code reviews and enforce SonarQube quality gates and security scanning policies.
• Plan and manage infrastructure capacity, scaling policies, and SSL certificate renewal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate campaign requirements into deliverables.
• AI/ML experience (nice to have): Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Codex-inspired tooling, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, LangChain, RAG.

About the Role

CI/CD & DevOps

• Own and maintain all Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Manage branch-based deployment flows across all environments
• Maintain artifact repository integrations with JFrog Artifactory and enforce Xray security policies
• Maintain SonarQube project configurations and enforce quality gate compliance across all repos

Monitoring & Observability

• Oversee application health monitoring using Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk integrations across all environment
• Maintain structured logging and ensure log pipelines are operational in all deployed environment
• Review and act on application metrics, performance trends, and error reports to proactively address issues before they impact users

Required Qualifications and experiences:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade web applications using React.
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience developing scalable APIs using Node.js.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ALB, CloudFront, DynamoDB, S3, ElastiCache (Redis), RDS (MySQL), KMS, Secrets Manager, SSM, EC2, ECS/EKS and IAM
• Experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with multi-branch strategies, artifact management, and automated code quality gates
• 5+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL or equivalent (query optimization, schema design, index management).
• Strong understanding of web standards, API design (RESTful/GraphQL), containerization (Docker), and automated testing.
