Job summary

Luxoft Singapore seeks an experienced backend developer to shape the CAIP platform for Corporate Actions & Income Processing. You will collaborate with teams in Poland and Switzerland to design, build, and deploy interfaces across multiple systems in an agile pod.

You should have strong Java/Spring Boot and microservices experience, with REST APIs, Kafka, and cloud development. Finance domain knowledge and a product-company background are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideally 10-12+ years of Backend Development and Microservices experience with Java Spring Boot/J2EE/REST in finance.
• Interest in learning new technologies and sustainable decisions.
• Strong communicator with presentations and technical writing.
• Fluent in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud development; Azure preferred.
• Knowledge of API design, REST, and messaging like Kafka.
• Hands-on design, development, and delivery of large, scalable systems.
• Experience in Full stack Java development: Java/J2EE, React JS, Kafka, REST, microservices.
• Experience in product-company environment for complex finance use cases preferable.

Responsibilities

• Work in Processing Strategic pod to drive CAIP roadmap.
• Collaborate with devs in Poland and Switzerland in an agile setup.
• Design, build and deploy CAIP interfaces with various applications and technologies.
• Communicate effectively and maintain high quality software standards.
