Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine technical architecture based on project context and business requirements.
  • Propose and implement innovative technical solutions while managing project constraints.
  • Collaborate with project managers, analysts, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Deliver clean, fully tested, high-quality code.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and maintain end-to-end monitoring tools.
  • Provide technical documentation and accurate effort estimation.
  • Guide and mentor developers on coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
  • Support applications in production, including incident analysis and resolution.
  • Coordinate test strategy and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Participate in Agile and DevOps practices across project lifecycles.

Requirements:

  • 14+ years of full-stack development experience using:
  • (a) .NET stack: C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/WebForms, GRPC, WCF
  • (b) Frontend: JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, ReactJS (preferred), AngularJS
  • (c) Database: MS SQL Server (2014+), T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning
  • (d) Web Services: REST, SOAP, JSON, WSDL
  • (e) Architecture: SOA, microservices (preferred), object-oriented design, MVC, design patterns
  • Strong understanding of:
  • (a) Encryption (CMS/PGP), PKI Authentication, Digital Signatures, 2FA (e.g., OneSpan Digipass)
  • (b) HTTP, IIS, Enterprise Library
  • Familiarity with:
  • (a) DevOps Tools: TFS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab
  • (b) Cloud Platforms: AWS or Azure (advantage)
  • (c) Containerization: Docker (preferred)
  • (d) Event/Log Management: Kafka, Elasticsearch/Kibana (preferred)
  • (e) Mobile Development: iOS/Android (advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments
  • Comfortable presenting technical concepts (Tech Talks is a plus)
  • Proficiency with UML and technical documentation
  • Experience in eBanking, Payments, or Cash Management systems is a strong plus
  • Exposure to support & BAU (Business As Usual) activities is preferred
