Senior Frontend Software Engineer (React.JS)



Location: Central

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Remuneration Package: Up to $8,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus

We're seeking a technically strong and proactive individual to lead frontend initiatives, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in UI architecture and performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting seamless, scalable, and intuitive interfaces in a highly collaborative environment.



What You'll Do:

• Lead UI Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and WebSocket.
• Translate Design into Scalable Code: Convert design wireframes into clean, reusable, and maintainable components with consistent styling and interaction.
• Mentor & Guide: Provide technical guidance to junior developers and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
• Enhance UI/UX: Collaborate with designers to continuously refine user experience and deliver pixel-perfect implementations.
• Optimize Frontend Performance: Identify bottlenecks and implement performance tuning techniques across browsers and devices.
• API Integration: Work closely with backend teams to define and integrate RESTful services efficiently and securely.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, architects, QA, and product managers to align frontend deliverables with business objectives.
• Deployment & Support: Lead deployments, support production systems, and troubleshoot complex issues during and after release.
• Drive Frontend Best Practices: Establish standards for frontend development, including testing, documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and modular component design.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Proactively propose and implement improvements in development processes and toolchains.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years in frontend development with a strong portfolio of ReactJS applications.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, WebSocket, and REST APIs. Skilled in using Git, CSS pre-processors (SASS, SCSS, LESS), and build tools like Webpack or Vite.
• Leadership: Proven experience mentoring developers and influencing technical decisions across projects.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities in agile environments.
