Qualifications

• 5+ years building front ends, with apps you took to production
• Deep React and TypeScript
• Flutter or Dart is a big plus; strong in React and mobile
• Solid HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS; comfortable with APIs and real-time protocols
• Built UI on live data from real devices, not just forms and tables
• Learn fast, adapt to new codebases/frameworks and shifting priorities
• Ship quality work quickly; balance speed and precision with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build the interfaces people use to run our robots. Web, mobile, on the robot itself, and beyond
• Turn designs into screens that match the designer's intent, pixel by pixel
• Make live data feel live: state over WebSocket, handle drops, latency, offline scenarios
• Keep it fast: load times, transitions, latency from event to pixel, measure and improve
• Build shared components to avoid repeating solutions and speed up delivery
• Ship often with automated builds and small releases; avoid long branches
• Collaborate with design/product, discuss details, and ship improvements
• Raise the bar in code review and keep the codebase clean
