We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Data Security company. You will get the chance to contribute and spearhead the development of new products around our suite of data and cybersecurity products. You will be part of a global team of Software Engineers delivering mission critical solutions that keep thousands of businesses safe around the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Cloud SaaS Software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and execution, and to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)
• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
• Eligible to reside and work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens / PRs only)

Key Accountabilities

• Focus on building a brand-new product that expands our portfolio, requiring strong version 0 to 1 experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable cloud SaaS software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain the user interface and user experience of our cybersecurity products.
• Build high-performance, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Able to work in a lean startup mode with fast iterations and quick prototyping to demonstrate product feasibility.
• Work in a highly agile fashion, with an emphasis on delivering value and failing fast.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Learn from continuous iterations and pivot the engineering to deliver valuable features that can develop into core products for the company.
• Work closely with the cybersecurity team to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle and ensure security and performance of the front-end.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end technologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Experience in cybersecurity, including familiarity with current trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.
• Proven ability to develop and launch cybersecurity products or features.
• Strong version 0 to 1 experience, demonstrating the ability to design and build a brand-new product.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining cloud SaaS software products.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in a Global engineering environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for technology and software innovation.
