This role requires particular expertise in Ad Operations and Ad Tech integration. The ideal candidate has experience working with DFP, Adsense, header bidding, and building native ad placements and site sponsorships. You will play a key role in enhancing our platforms advertising capabilities while maintaining a seamless user experience.Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. Work closely with Ad Operations and advertising specialists to implement and optimize ad tech integrations (DFP, Adsense, header bidding, etc.). Design and build native ad placements, sponsored content features, and site sponsorships that align with business and user needs. Rapidly understand legacy systems, integrations, and configurations, ensuring smooth transition and optimization. Work with Product Managers to define and refine open-ended problems, translating them into technical requirements. Conduct research, develop proofs of concept (POCs), and implement A/B tests to validate ad tech solutions. Collaborate with backend engineers and architects to design scalable and maintainable architectures for new features. Ensure high code quality, test coverage (using Jest), and performance optimization for all frontend features.Qualifications 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Hands-on experience integrating ad tech solutions, including Google Ad Manager (DFP), Adsense, header bidding, and custom native ad placements. Proven ability to work with Ad Operations teams to optimize ad performance while maintaining a great user experience. Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and accessibility best practices. Experience in understanding and modernizing legacy systems and integrations. Ability to break down vague requirements and collaborate with Product Managers to shape technical solutions. Experience with POC development and A/B testing methodologies. Solid understanding of frontend testing frameworks like Jest and CI/CD workflows.Preferred Qualifications Experience working in high-traffic, large-scale web applications.
