Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on data science, analytics or fraud analytics experience.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with model validation, back-testing and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Review and recalibrate fraud detection models and thresholds to improve accuracy.
• Back-test models and assess performance, gaps and improvements.
• Translate requirements into analytical specifications and logic.
• Design dashboards to monitor model performance, including data drift.
• Document methodologies and maintain reproducible code.
