Job summary

CERTIS GROUP - GHR is seeking an FP&A professional for a 1-year Group and Corporate role in Singapore. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across Corporate departments and Group/Markets.

You will partner with Corporate heads to drive analytics, cost tracking and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree with 5–10 years’ relevant experience, proficient in SAP, Power BI, Power Query and advanced Excel, and able to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant corporate/MNC FP&A experience preferred (technology or manufacturing background is a plus).
• Experience using SAP and Corporate Performance Management tools (SAP BPC, Cognos, Power BI, Prophix, Tagetik) within last 3 years is highly preferred.
• Proven ability with Microsoft Power Query and Power BI to clean, transform and prepare data from multiple sources.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and self‑service analytics.
• Strong Excel proficiency including advanced functions, data manipulation, Power Pivot and automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Group budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Perform financial and business performance analysis, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities.
• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for Corporate departments.
• Provide analysis and insights to senior management on forecasting, profitability and commentary.
• Benchmark operational and financial performance and highlight issues affecting revenue and costs.
• Partner with Corporate heads to set performance targets and support analytics-based decisions.
• Monitor capex and review ROI for Group projects.
• Coordinate planning, reporting and performance matters with Finance teams.
