Job summary

Jurong Port Universal Terminal Pte. Ltd. on Jurong Island is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business reporting.

The role involves building financial models, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports for management and board, and driving improvements across FP&A processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy of variances, and leverage ERP/Oracle systems to enhance

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Business or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of FP&A or related experience (O&G industry experience advantageous).
• Analytical and meticulous with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Working knowledge of ERP/Oracle systems to develop financial models and reporting dashboards.
• Able to work within tight datelines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, hands-on team player with the ability to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and positive attitude towards process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process and forecast cycle end-to-end, including timelines, templates, and consolidation; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Review financial performance variances, analyze trends, investigate root causes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, opex, margin, capex and cash flow; run scenario analyses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for management review, board meetings and audits.
• Create management presentation decks, business reviews and KPI highlights.
• Improve reporting processes, tools, dashboards and automation within FP&A.
• Support credit reviews and loan covenants, and assist in ad hoc projects.
