Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) in Singapore seeks an experienced FP&A professional to join our finance team. You will drive monthly closes, variance analysis, and strategic financial insights to support management decisions in a fab environment.

You will build forecasting models, contribute to long-term planning, budgeting, and reporting, and partner with several departments to understand business drivers and drive improvements across reporting and consolidation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or a recognized professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or a related role.
• Experience in fab/manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collate and review financial data, analyze variances, and provide insights for management decisions.
• Support long-term planning by analyzing demand, costs, and drivers to project profits.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models; coordinate annual budgeting process.
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for senior management.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
• Collaborate with departments to gather information and provide financial analysis.
• Stay updated on government grants and coordinate grant-related financial information.
• Undertake other finance-related projects as assigned.
