Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a senior finance leader in Singapore to oversee regional SG&A budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive-level reporting.

You will partner with regional and functional leaders to drive profitability, cash flow, and productivity across Asia, including M&A and market-entry initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA or local equivalent.
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with regional leadership.
• Strong expertise in financial statements, planning, forecasting, reporting, controls.
• Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams in multinational setups.
• Executive communication, presenting, influencing, with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance transformation, automation, and analytics initiatives.
• High integrity, independence, continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional SG&A budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, explain variances, and provide executive insights.
• Partner with regional, country, and functional leaders on business cases, pricing, and investments.
• Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital, and productivity initiatives.
• Support M&A, capital investments, market entry, restructuring, and cost optimization in Asia.
• Improve FP&A processes, data quality, reporting tools, and analytics (SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Power BI).
• Ensure reporting complies with policies, tax, and audit expectations; escalate material risks.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed finance team with a continuous-improvement mindset.
