Job summary

QORVO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage semiconductor manufacturing processes within a silicon foundry from NTI/NPI to high-volume manufacturing.

You will oversee process development, qualification and continuous improvement for silicon manufacturing technologies. You will collaborate with the product engineering team to drive wafer yield improvements using SPC and data-driven methodologies, support technology transfer and product

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset focused on quality, yield and delivery.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee semiconductor manufacturing processes within a silicon foundry NTI/NPI to HVM environment.
• Oversees process development, qualification, continuous improvement for silicon manufacturing technologies.
• Work closely with product engineering team to drive foundry on wafer yield improvement initiatives using SPC and data-driven methodologies.
• Support Corp team (SFE, DE, BU PM) on technology transfer and/or product qualification from NTI/NPI to HVM.
• Collaborate with SFE and Quality to ensure process robustness, manufacturability and Quality Compliance, including Change Management.
• Joint-effort with SQE as first responders on problem solving on quality issues and co-lead Task Force team on rapid response to quality escalation issues.
• Support Sourcing on cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
