Airbus Singapore Private Limited seeks a Fleet Health Lead within Flight Hour Services to support the SIA A380 and SCOOT A320 fleets. The role ensures high operational reliability and adherence to airworthiness standards with Airbus technical guidance.

You will monitor defects, lead fleet health initiatives, and collaborate across planning, materials, and engineering to optimize maintenance interventions.

Formación

• Minimum degree in Engineering or Aircraft maintenance license holder.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Airline/MRO/OEM experience in engineering/technical role.
• Strong organizational, multi-priority handling and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Departure Check and Flight Watch on shift basis.
• Monitor recurring defects and trends using AIRMAN and SKYWISE.
• Support daily operations for base and outstation.
• Provide maintenance recommendations for predictive/preventive tasks.
• Expedite critical mods with cross-functional teams.
• Manage MRO daily tasks and support AOG events and troubleshooting.
• Prepare AOG reports and coordinate follow-up.
• Interface with Airbus Head Office and Customer Support teams.
