1. Role Description
As a Marketing and Communications Strategist (Attachment), you will work closely with the director to strengthen marketing efforts, develop outreach strategies, and shape the agency's brand voice across digital and traditional platforms. This is a hands-on learning opportunity with real impact in a purpose-driven organization.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach potential clients and partners.
Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the company website.
Support brand positioning through storytelling, testimonials, and community engagement.
Assist with campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements.
Support design and production of marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, etc.).
To develop and apply digital marketing skills by using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms to design and execute campaigns that reach target audiences effectively.
To learn how to create and manage engaging content across digital platforms by using content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic graphic design tools to support brand messaging and visibility.
To gain experience in social media strategy and audience engagement through content scheduling, trend analysis, and active community management on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
