Job description

Duties:

1. Supervise building fire safety maintenance
2. Ensure compliance with Fire Code capacity
3. Conduct daily fire hazard checks and drills
4. Prepare and execute Emergency Response Plan
5. Train and coordinate CERT and building occupants
6. Oversee Fire Command Centre during emergencies
7. Evaluate and implement Arson Prevention and Emergency Response Plans
8. Notify authorities of fire incidents promptly
9. Organize campaigns and training for a fire-safe environment
10. Submit yearly reports as per regulations
11. Conduct fire risk assessments regularly
12. Implement and supervise Hot Work Permit system

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in related fields in Facility Management or equivalent
2. SFSM certificate with 3 years practicing experience in commercial buildings
3. 5.5 working days/week
