Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Superviser et coordonner les activités de maintenance de la sécurité incendie du bâtiment.
• Effectuer des inspections quotidiennes des risques d'incendie et organiser des exercices d'évacuation réguliers.
• Former et coordonner l'équipe d'intervention d'urgence du bâtiment sur les procédures de sécurité.

As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking Senior Fire Safety Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate building fire safety maintenance activities.
• Ensure all operations meet the requirements of the Fire Code and capacity standards.
• Conduct daily fire hazard inspections and organize regular fire drills.
• Prepare, review, and execute comprehensive Emergency Response Plans.
• Train and coordinate the Building Emergency Response Team (CERT) and building occupants on fire safety procedures.
• Oversee the Fire Command Centre during emergency situations, ensuring effective response.
• Evaluate and implement Arson Prevention Measures and Emergency Response Plans.
• Promptly notify relevant authorities of fire incidents and coordinate investigations.
• Organize fire safety campaigns and continuous training programs to promote a fire-safe environment.
• Maintain compliance by submitting annual fire safety reports as required by regulations.
• Regularly conduct fire risk assessments and implement necessary improvements.
• Implement and supervise the Hot Work Permit system to control welding, cutting, and other hot work activities.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• SFSM (Senior Fire Safety Management) certification with at least 3 years of practical experience in managing fire safety within commercial buildings.
• Strong understanding of fire safety codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a 5.5-day workweek environment.
