Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Quantity Surveying related to Fire Protection services.
- Degree/Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical Engineering required.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the Fire Protection tender team in preparation of tender submission.
- Responsible for reviewing and verification of bill of quantities & cost estimation with tender requirements.
- Reviewing tender costing with senior management and obtaining approval for costing.
- Liaises with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation.
- Ensure timely preparation and verification of tender pricing documents and technical submissions.
- Preparing for tender interview and attending tender interviews.
- Assist project team in procurement of materials and equipment.
- Working together with project team and contracts team in preparation of Letter of Acceptance and Subcontract award to vendors.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma/NITEC and Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years QS experience related to FP services
- MS Office software proficient
- Cubic Cost Software proficient
- A good team player
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
