Lead the tendering process and execution of EPC/EPCm projects, focusing heavily on fire protection systems.
Oversee project schedules and resource allocation specific to fire safety scopes, ensuring timely delivery of engineering outputs like specifications, P&IDs, and layout plans.
Ensure design accuracy through detailed review processes and maintain close coordination with clients, project teams, and vendors.
Serve as the main point of contact for all aspects related to tender preparation and project execution, ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.
Manage estimates for manpower and timelines related to fire protection engineering tasks and key project milestones.
Prepare critical documentation, including fire protection strategies, specifications, P&IDs for firewater and sprinkler systems, hydraulic studies, and layout drawings.
Review technical documents such as datasheets, drawings, and vendor materials for compliance with project and design standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Provide hands-on technical support during on-site construction and commissioning to resolve issues and support successful integration and system activation.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
5–10 years of experience in EPC/EPCm projects, particularly in fire protection.
Skilled in engineering tools like Pipenet, FlowMaster, PHAST, and AutoCAD, with the ability to guide others in their use.
Strong understanding of both local and international fire protection standards.
Competent in interpreting technical data, contracts, and project documentation.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset suited to high-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sound technical knowledge.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
