Breeze is a Sequoia-backed fintech startup building a universal payment layer to unify currencies. We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own and scale features across the payments platform, collaborating with product, design, and fellow engineers.

You’ll work on scalable systems, frontend work with React.js, and serverless infrastructure while shaping engineering culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably fintech/payments.
• Strong front-end skills with React.js or similar technologies.
• Experience with scalable, secure, and reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the payment/fintech platform.
• Develop frontend components with React.js and serverless patterns.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to ship features.
• Own features end-to-end and influence product direction.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams.
