Job summary

Aramco seeks an experienced Financial Reporting and Consolidation Specialist to join the Financial Reporting Department within the Controller’s Organization. You will manage monthly group closings, prepare consolidated statements, and deliver management reports and forecasts in a timely, accurate manner.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA/CA/ACCA, and 10+ years in relevant industries with IFRS expertise. Big 4 experience and strong ERP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, utilities, joint operations/ventures, or government sector preferred.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience is desirable.
• IFRS expertise for complex accounting matters; ability to research IFRS topics.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial results for the Aramco group including subsidiaries and joint ventures.
• Prepare financial statements and conduct financial analysis of position and results.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Support due diligence for JVs, M&As, and strategic projects from a financial reporting perspective.
• Prepare confidential management reports, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses.
