Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare P&L forecast and review with management.
  • Prepare detailed commentary for P&L variance analysis.
  • Weekly P&L reporting to segment, regional and site management.
  • Analyze P&L actuals during month end close and review with management.
  • Work with cross functional team for P&L simulation or Scenario analysis, as required by Segment / Site management for decision making.
  • Monitor financial KOI and highlight to management if there are significant variance compared to forecast. Work with various department to establish action plan and monitor its progress.
  • Provide support for Lean / Kaizen Initiatives (savings validation) and lead/participate in Finance Lean / Kaizen project submissions on a quarterly basis.
  • Will be responsible for Fixed asset new addition, disposal and yearly PI of fixed asset.
  • Assist operation team in preparing new Capital expenditure (Capex) application with financial justification.
  • Monitor and maintain budget in Acquire system for better traceability and cost management.
  • Maintaining and updating all commodity codes in Acquire system
  • Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
  • Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Professional Certification in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline.
  • Must be computer literate (strong Excel skills).
  • Have an understanding of BaaN and related ERP systems would be an added advantage.

Candidates with more experience can be considered for senior role.
