Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team in Singapore. You will manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities, maintain the general ledger, and oversee daily accounting operations including revenue, expenses, and cost allocations.

You will prepare month-end and year-end closes, support audits, intercompany charges, and ERP initiatives. A CA/CPA or progress toward certification is advantageous; strong Excel and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or public accounting.
• CA/CPA certification or progress toward certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts for multiple entities and maintain general ledger.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including revenue, expenses, and cost allocations.
• Prepare and review accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end schedules.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide support for year-end group audits.
• Responsible for local statutory audits and preparation of financial statements.
• Perform intercompany cross charges.
• Liaise with corporate secretary on filing audited financial statements.
• Participate in ERP implementation and company-wide projects.
