We are currently on a lookout for passionate individuals to join us as a Senior Finance Officer / Finance Executive (6-month contract).

Job Description
  • Accounts Payables Management - Perform Accounts Payables duties such as A/P invoicing, data entry, vendor reconciliations;

  • Accounts Receivables Management - Follow-up on AR refundable deposits, terminated accounts;

  • Assist with general administrative duties;

  • Liaise with auditors and other external agencies;

  • Perform counter duties on rotation basis (e.g. collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries, etc.) and perform day-end closing;

  • Answer telephone enquiries by residents;

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Have a positive working attitude and proactive

  • Meticulous, organized and responsible with high degree of initiative

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to start work immediately (preferred)
