Information

• $9000 to $11000 + AWS + VB

• Group Financial Management, Reporting, Consolidation

• Team Management : 4 to 8 Members

Responsibilities

• Oversee Group financial and management reporting, properties operations and compliance matters

• Review monthly accounts for properties and subsidiaries

• Prepare/review monthly consolidation and quarterly rolling forecasts with analysis

• Prepare/review SGXNet announcement and quarterly board papers

• Prepare/review financial statements and annual report

• Ensure timelines are met for all reporting matters

• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, regulatory and SGX/MAS requirements

• Develop/update financial and operational policies, ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place and Limits of Authority are adhered to

• Review and provide suggestions to enhance existing internal controls or improve finance work processes

• Liaise with trustee, internal and external auditors, tax agents and external service providers

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with CA/CPA qualification or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with preferably at least 3 years in big four audit firms

• Possess prior experience with SGX Listed coys

• Hands-on and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment with tight timelines

• Responsible, meticulous, resourceful with good problem-solving capabilities, and able to propose resolutions to close identified gaps

• Possess good organisational and interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with various stakeholders
