We are partnering with a retail MNC who is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Finance Manager to oversee the critical financial functions of their organization. The Role

As a hands-on finance leader, you will oversee full-spectrum financial responsibilities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, budget planning, and insightful performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and driving continuous improvements in processes and internal controls. This role requires a proactive approach to operating expense management, external reporting, and stakeholder engagement, including auditors and tax advisors. Additionally, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Your Profile

To be the successful candidate, we are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA qualification, bringing at least 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in a mid-level finance or accounting role. Big 4 training for a minimum of 3 years is preferred, alongside solid industry exposure in Retail or FMCG. The ideal candidate is proficient in SAP, Hyperion, and MS Office, with strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a solid grasp of international accounting standards. We're looking for someone who is quality-driven, cost-conscious, and self-organized, with excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
