The Company

An outstanding opportunity awaits to join a renowned organization with a primary focus on real estate, boasting a substantial Asset Under Management (AUM) spread across its Public & Private markets portfolios. The next 4-5 years will see accelerated growth planned across all business lines, with a significant increase in AUM driven by the introduction of new Funds and ongoing investments on the balance sheet. The organisation is presently in search of a Senior Finance Manager as part of its succession planning initiative.

The Position

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager will oversee and review the segment consolidation while providing support in the preparation of financial and management reports for the Group. Close collaboration with the Business Partner Team will be necessary for segment reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Additionally, the Senior Finance Manager will support the preparation of SGX results, Annual Report, and consolidation of forecasts and budgets. Engaging with auditors for group audits and consultants for corporate activities will also be part of the responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure professional growth and high performance.

The Person

Interested candidates should ideally possess an Accounting Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, ideally gained within Big Four firms and Real Estate/REIT environments, along with CPA/CA professional accounting qualifications. Candidates should also have proficiency in SAP and Consolidation. This presents an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth company supported by a dynamic management team.
