Duration: 6 months

Location: Alexandra Road

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the Flow

• Review supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Raise and maintain supplier records for smooth processing

Be the Payment Gatekeeper

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices

• Troubleshoot e-invoice issues with departments using exception reports

• Conduct monthly backend payment reviews to ensure seamless execution

Drive Reporting Excellence

• Prepare quarterly reports on prompt and faster payments

• Approve customer records and ensure data integrity

Support & Collaborate

• Work cross-functionally on finance-related workflows

• Take on special projects and ad hoc assignments with a problem-solving mindset

What You Bring to the Table

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role

Experience with Workday is a strong plus

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

Analytical, meticulous, and process-oriented

Strong communicator and collaborator
