Job Location and Working Hours

• Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
Position Responsibilities
This position is responsible for:
- Supervising and making appropriate decisions and providing direction regarding all Back Office Functions, including FP&A, HRGA, Legal, and IT.
- Strategic planning, implementation, management, and operation of all finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, governance, and negotiations.
Back-Office Team Management
• Supervising and guiding all Back Office Functions; FP&A, HRGA, Legal, and IT.
• Providing leadership to ensure team alignment with company goals and values.
FP&A Management & Operations
- Developing and managing annual budgets (Sales Revenue, Returns, Inventory, COGS, Expenses, P&L, etc.).
- Managing business performance tasks such as progress management, data analysis, proposals, and reporting.
- Performing monthly tracking and analysis of budget vs. actual results, including sales by product, customer, and geography.
- Optimizing financial and business information to support local management decision-making.
- Leading the SEA team’s monthly close process with the accounting team and supporting financial analysis and reporting.
- Generating monthly business review reports and managing financial expectations.
- Analyzing monthly/quarterly P&L and reports, discussing deviations, and monitoring corrective actions.
- Coordinating local planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term financial planning.
- Supporting the planning process with tools, reviewing, and questioning planning results.
- Communicating with business functions to drive strategy and achieve targets.
- Conducting periodic forecasts and gap analyses to meet financial goals.
- Managing inventory and order figures from a financial perspective based on business performance.
- Preparing P&L statements for new store openings and closures in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Handling internal audit tasks and supporting transactions with clients.
- Performing risk management and collaborating with internal/external audits and the parent company's Shared Service Finance team.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A.
- 3+ years of experience in team management.
- Experience managing back-office functions is a plus.
- Strong leadership and hands-on management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
- Experience in retail industries such as fashion (apparel/footwear) and cosmetics is preferred.
