Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead and coordinate finance-related initiatives across shared services and business departments. You will represent the finance team in cross-functional projects, overseeing financial analysis, planning, and reporting to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. A significant part of the role involves evaluating business drivers, generating insights, and delivering high-impact recommendations to senior management and the executive team. You will also oversee internal controls, streamline processes for greater efficiency, and ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to ad-hoc initiatives supporting broader corporate objectives.

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with professional accreditation
• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, and project management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and performance metrics
• Experience with SAP HANA or similar ERP systems
• Proven ability to lead planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts, and reviews
