Job description

A market leader in the offshore oil and gas industry, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their fast-growing team. This opportunity offers a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement across group reporting, controllership, finance business partnering, and project-based modelling - all within a dynamic and forward-looking business environment.

As Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in leading group financial reporting activities, including monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting across the business. You will be responsible for the full consolidation of the business unit’s profit and loss and balance sheet, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management. This role also covers accounting and VAT compliance for overseas operations, along with supporting the financial evaluation of new initiatives through robust modelling and analysis.

Beyond core reporting, you will contribute to strategic growth projects on an ad-hoc basis, offering financial insights and recommendations that inform both operational execution and long-term planning.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified CPA or CA with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance, and bring at least 10 years of relevant experience - ideally in sectors that involve large-scale or project-based operations. Proficiency in SAP and data analytics tools will be highly advantageous. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong commercial acumen, and can confidently manage multiple priorities across a dynamic, multi-regional business.
