Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget planning and monthly performance analysis.
• Cash & Treasury Management: Manage daily cash flow, optimize fund utilization.
• IPO Preparation: Support IPO readiness including audit, compliance, and reporting.
• System Implementation: Participate in ERP/finance system setup and optimization.
• Tax Planning: Design and implement effective tax strategies in compliance with regulations.
• Business Analysis: Provide financial insights and support key business decisions.
  

Requirements:

• ACCA qualification required (CPA or equivalent accepted).
• 8+ years in finance with 3+ years in management; IPO experience is a plus.
