SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER
Shape Financial Strategy Across APAC | Lead & Developa High-Performing Team | Key Strategic Partner Role
About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing organization with a strong regional presence across Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. Our success is built on operational excellence, strategic vision, and a commitment to empowering our teams. We are now seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to become a pivotal leader within our finance function, ensuring integrity, driving efficiency, and contributing to our continued growth.

The Opportunity:

This is more than a management role — it’s a strategic partnership. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be entrusted with the stewardship of our day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations across the region. You will ensure the accuracy of our financial story, safeguard our compliance, and lead initiatives that directly impact our business performance. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role for a leader who is both detail‑oriented and strategically minded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Operations: Lead and develop our Finance Managers/accountants. Oversee all core finance operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
  • Financial Integrity: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated group management accounts and insightful analysis.
  • Compliance & Control: Ensure strict adherence to statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions (Singapore, Australia, Philippines). Drive process improvements and strengthen the group’s internal control framework. Coordinate tax planning and optimisation initiatives across the region.
  • Strategic Support: Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and treasury management. Support strategic initiatives including audits, tax optimization, transfer pricing, and corporate finance projects. Provide expertise in capital raising activities.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a reliable advisor to the management and business stakeholders, providing operational support and financial insights for key decision‑making.
Who You Are:
  • A qualified accountant (CPA, CA, or equivalent) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A seasoned professional with at least 8 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a regional or group‑level finance management role.
  • Technically strong, with in‑depth knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance, particularly within the Singapore context and ideally with exposure to Australian and/or Philippine regulations.
  • A hands‑on leader with proven experience in monthly closing, ERP systems, payroll, and cash flow management. Demonstrated experience in transfer pricing, corporate finance, tax planning, and capital raising is highly desirable.
  • An excellent communicator and problem‑solver, known for your analytical rigour, meticulous attention to detail, and dependability.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment and are passionate about building and mentoring a capable team.
Why Join Us?
  • Strategic Impact: Move beyond routine accounting into a role where you directly influence business strategy and operational success.
  • Leadership Role: Build, develop, and lead a dedicated team, shaping the future of our finance function.
  • Regional Exposure: Gain invaluable experience managing the financial complexities and growth opportunities across three diverse APAC markets.
  • Dynamic Environment: Be part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is supported.
