We are looking for a SG Finance Head to manage the Singapore operations with high visibility to the senior management team.

Client Details

We are an established player within the consumer retail sector with a strong presence across APAC. We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the local finance team and serve as a strategic business partner for the Singapore business.

Description

As a key member of the Singapore leadership team, you will manage the full spectrum of the finance function for Singapore, including financial stewardship, budgeting and forecasting, business reviews, and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include managing accounting operations, cash flow, treasury management, and driving process streamlining to enhance finance operations. You will also oversee planning activities and collaborate with functional stakeholders and business unit heads to optimize working capital, sales, and profitability. Additionally, you will handle ad hoc projects related to ERP improvements and process standardization to improve efficiencies.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with over 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including recent managerial experience. Experience with an audit firm is preferred. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be confident in engaging with senior management and diverse stakeholders within the organization.
