Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and profitability improvements.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and management.
Strategic Financial Management
- Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing investor presentations, managing due diligence, and building relationships with potential investors.
- Evaluate and structure project financing agreements to support global installations.
- Provide recommendations to optimize cash flow and working capital management strategies.
Accounting and Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with statutory reporting, tax filings, and financial regulations in Singapore and internationally.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory authorities.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business strategies, projects, and investments.
- Deliver financial insights and actionable recommendations to support leadership in achieving strategic objectives.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure financial discipline during execution phases.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Promote the development of financial acumen across the organization.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills and Experience
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budget management, and forecasting.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, particularly in Singapore.
- Experience in fundraising, project financing, or M&A activities is highly desirable.
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent finance certification is a strong advantage.
