Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and profitability improvements.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and management.

Strategic Financial Management

• Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing investor presentations, managing due diligence, and building relationships with potential investors.
• Evaluate and structure project financing agreements to support global installations.
• Provide recommendations to optimize cash flow and working capital management strategies.

Accounting and Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with statutory reporting, tax filings, and financial regulations in Singapore and internationally.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory authorities.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business strategies, projects, and investments.
• Deliver financial insights and actionable recommendations to support leadership in achieving strategic objectives.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure financial discipline during execution phases.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Promote the development of financial acumen across the organization.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in financial planning, budget management, and forecasting.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, particularly in Singapore.
• Experience in fundraising, project financing, or M&A activities is highly desirable.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent finance certification is a strong advantage.
